My mission statement to all my clients is to help them live a simpler life by being more organized. Having too much stuff or too many years of accumulated things can make your day to day life harder.

When our kids were young I home schooled them for several years. They all had very unique challenges requiring me to stay on top of many details, schedules, and appointments all the time. Though I may have had some innate tendencies to order, it is here I began to hone many skills that helped us stay the course and keep our home and schedules from falling apart. Some days were better than others! Scaling down to a condo was a huge endeavor but I still love the challenge of making small spaces highly functional.

You're probably wondering why I wanted to do this work for others? When the company I worked for moved out of state, I knew this was my opportunity to go entrepreneur and do what I enjoyed most: help people get organized. It has always been in me to organize spaces and to harness large projects and methodically tackle them with relative ease.  When I discovered how it benefited others so deeply it became a passion of mine; then it became a business. I solved many organizing issues quickly clients had not considered. Together we found ways that worked for them.

I had the pleasure of working with The Container Store as one of their Contained Home organizers for several years providing people with all sorts of solutions for their home and office.  I have all the skills needed to measure and design closets for you with Elfa or their luxury built-in TCS Closets. Finding out about the organizing industry (accidentally reading about it in a book my husband brought home from the dump) was so inspiring I had to pursue more education and training and meet others who were doing this important work. That’s when I learned about NAPO-National Association of Professional Organizers and I continue to receive ongoing professional and business development through many venues. 

Using these project management skills 'with my boots on the ground' I have many years of professional organizing experience serving clients on Cape Ann and North of Boston.  I love my job and you get all the benefits.
